Frequent Questions

Epoxy Tumblers

The tumblers are double-walled stainless steel and handmade by yours truly. They can be used for both hot (6-8 hours) and cold (12 hours).

 

Tumblers are NOT:

*microwave safe
*dishwasher safe
*to be soaked
*left in extreme weather conditions (hot or cold)
*to be washed with abrasive materials or chemicals

I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE IF YOU MISTREAT THE TUMBLER.

 

Bling Tumblers

Tumblers with rhinestone embellishments affixed should be treated with the utmost care. 

Hand wash only; do not use abrasive scrubbing pads

Sublimation Tumblers & Mugs

Sublimation tumblers should be hand washed only, as the dishwasher can compromise the integrity of the stainless steel.

The mugs are dishwasher safe.

No harsh chemicals or abrasives.

 

Graphic Tees and Sweatshirts

It is recommended you wash in cold water inside out.  Do not use any harsh detergents or bleach. Lay flat to dry.  If the garment must be dried, please use low heat.

Return & Refund Policy

I gladly accept returns

  • Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
  • Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
  • INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS ONLY: 30 days from the date of delivery

I don't accept exchanges

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Personal Use Items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Processing

✨Items listed as “Ready To Ship” or RTS are pre made--customization cannot be made!

They will be shipped the same day if ordered before noon (EST).

Orders purchased after noon will be shipped the following business day. 

Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Order processing times may be delayed by a few days during holidays, launches, limited-edition releases, or other times when we’re experiencing a high volume of orders.

Shipping

UPS or USPS based on your choice. Once an item leaves my shop, it is out of my control.

I will upload the tracking information as soon as I print the label. When I print the label, it is at the shipper the same day.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.If your order’s shipment is delayed significantly, we will contact you via email to notify you.
